1. Who we are
New Seasons Lawn Care ("we," "us," or "our") provides lawn care and landscaping services in North Charleston, Summerville, Ladson, Goose Creek, Nexton, Hanahan, and Park Circle, South Carolina. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Online estimates
The instant mowing estimate on this website is an automated starting price based on the information you provide, including your city, yard size, the area you want mowed, and service frequency. It is not a final quote or a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your property and may change based on accessibility, obstacles, terrain, lot conditions, and the actual scope of work. If the confirmed price differs from your online estimate, we will tell you before any work begins.
3. Service area
We currently service only the seven communities listed above. Submitting a request for a property outside these areas does not create any obligation for us to provide service.
4. Scheduling and weather
Recurring customers receive a regular service day. Weather, daylight, and site conditions can shift a visit. When that happens we will contact you with a new time. Missed visits caused by weather are rescheduled, not charged.
5. Payments
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices for add-on services shown on this website are starting prices and follow the same review process as mowing estimates. Some services, such as mulch, pine straw, and debris hauling, are always quoted after we see the property.
6. Cancellations
There are no long term contracts. You can pause or cancel recurring service at any time by contacting us. We ask for at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled visit so we can adjust our route.
7. Property access and conditions
You are responsible for providing safe access to the areas being serviced, securing pets, and letting us know about hazards such as buried lines, sprinkler heads, or unstable ground. We are not responsible for damage caused by hazards we were not told about and could not reasonably see.
8. Our workmanship
If you are not happy with a visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
9. Photos you send us
Photos submitted through our quote form are used only to evaluate and price your project. We will not publish photos of your property in our marketing without your permission.
10. Website use
The content on this website, including text, graphics, and the New Seasons Lawn Care name and logo, belongs to us. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission. We may update this website and these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
